Responsibilities

Identify and document current state process, system, and data flows Define
future state requirements and perform gap analysis to provide solution
recommendations Partner with IT Development team to translate BRD
requirements into technical specifications via SRS documentation Develop
comprehensive process scenarios/test scripts, track progress, and drive
issue resolution during various testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT, Performance)
Coordinate Business Readiness activities, including communication, end-user
training and access, data conversion, and cutover strategy Ensure
compliance with internal controls/Governance Work within established SDLC
project management methodology to manage relationship between DFS IT and
DFS business teams with regards to scope, deliverables, and timing to
support efficient portfolio delivery



Skills/Requirements:

Prefer Bachelors degree and with 8 years experience in requirements
analysis, documentation Experience with SFDC is required Experience with
Oracle SOA integration is desired Thorough understanding of business
process and systems flows, and ability to consider implications to current
and future state business environment Strong analytical and problem solving
Ability to gather, monitor and document business requirements Ability to
decide, act, and influence others Solid verbal and written communication
skills Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
