Temporary staff augmentation to assist with the MS-Access databases, forms
and programming. These data model changes will be the precursor for a move
from MS-Access as the database host to SQL-Server
Improve our capability to process data electronically.
Normalize the Access database tables so the data can be more easily
migrated to a more robust back end database.
As required, perform bug fixes/minor enhancements to existing functionality
Enhance user workflow by assisting with custom reports and forms
Assist in support of and troubleshooting of production code
Document the application workflow and requirements to better describe the
system functionality.

Position Mandatory Qualifications
Programmer V Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of
all application code owned by the Application Team- Maintenance (including
production support), enhancement and development work- Write application
software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation,
databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and
user documentation, software conversions

Senior- 60 - 84 Months

1. 48 months of experience developing with MS Access writing applications
with complex logic and validation
2. 48 months of experience with MS SQL Server or similar
3. 60 months of experience designing relational databases
4. 60 months of experience creating technical and user documentation
5. 60 months of experience collecting and documenting user requirements
including creating use case and flow/activity diagrams
6. Bachelors Degree
