Job Profile
•Designs mobile based solutions for productivity and efficiency of the
business.
•The designing work may be either for customers or for an internal client.
•Capture requirements and project roadmap detail from client
•Does research on different approaches relating to mobile and web, plans
and proposes a solution, and coordinates the problem-solving process, to
ensure that the business standards and requirements are met.
•Familiar with multiple approaches to solve a problem in Banking
industry and will choose the most appropriate one.
Responsibilities
•Interacting extensively with business and technical stake holders
•Critical examination of requirements and understanding the operations
and systems primarily in Banking sector
•Translating requirements of the client into workable models such as UML
documents, Use cases, Process flows,etc.
•Determining the potential solutions and testing them for both technical
and business compatibility
•Developing project feasibility reports and discussing them with client
with regards to future implementation
•Presenting the client with solutions generated, and familiarizing them
with stakeholders
•Working with the software developers and other end users to ensure
technical compatibility and user satisfaction
•Up-to-date with technical developments in the mobile, Web, Integration
areas in the industry and with in Client organization
Qualification
•Should have a minimum of 7 years of technology experience with at least
5 years hands-on technical roles in Banking field and relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•Extensive knowledge of mobile, web, banking systems, data processing
and enterprise applications.
•Experience with mobile development, Web development and user support.
•Background in Financial sector (Retail and Wholesale banking).
•Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft
Visio, and Microsoft Project.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and
manage changing priorities;
•Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in
a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing
priorities.
•Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
•A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced
environment.
