*Position :- Websphere Admin * *Location: Detroit, Mi* *Duration :- 6+ Month * *Technology Specialist (IT)* With general guidance and coaching, participates in design, development and implementation of specific new and emerging technologies, platforms and services. Assists in the assessment of technical viability of new products and technologies. Works with developers and infrastructure specialists to pilot and evaluate new technologies. Participates in development of business cases and obtaining approvals for capital expenditures. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. *Top Three Skills/Experience:* - WAS (Websphere Application Server) infrastructure administration - SUN or RHEL Apache WEB Servers infrastructure administration - Excellent Communication and presentation skills *Required Skills/Experience:* - IBM Websphere build/configuration/testing for UAT/Perf test Deployment and testing support of new app env. - Technology Specialist will possess hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Administration (v.7 preferred) with a strong ability to learn. - The ideal candidate will also couple this experience with a strong educational background and technical industry certifications - Significant creativity is required. *Preferred Skills/Experience:* - Local candidates with 4-6 years overall experience are preferred. - Educational Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. *Alok Kumar* Source InfoTech Inc.
