Please find the Requirement details *Job Title: * Security Engineer/Analyst *Location: * Central Jersey *Job Type:* Contract *Duration:* 6+ months *Rate: Market* *Skills: * - Proficient with security tools and platforms such as IDS/IPS, DNS, SIEM, A/V, Proxy services, Access-List Controls, Database content classification, Data Masking, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Protocol Analyzers, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, event monitoring and log review - Experience with security information systems (firewalls, web filtering, IDS, DLP, anti-malware, etc.), identifying and investigating anomalities to determine whether a security breach has occurred. In the event that a breach is detected, this role will play a key role in the investigation of the events leading to the breach. - Experience with network intrusion detection, extrusion detection and network analysis tools such as Snort and writing snort signatures, IDS and network traffic analytic tools such Wireshark along with active intrusion prevention methods and technologies. - Familiarity with cryptographic principals, and common encryption schemes such as symmetric/asymmetric encryption, hashing, SSL/TLS, IPSec, PGP, S/MIME, SSH, PKI. - Experience with detecting and assessing threats such as network and upper laver vulnerabilities with the ability to coordinate and facilitate containment and remediation efforts. Solid understanding of Networking and Operating Systems Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to FFIEC/SOX/PCI as well as standards and best practices related to ISO and NIST - 5+ years of experience in the Information Security industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt information delivery based on Client audience *Responsibilities: * - Support, and manage Internet proxy, dns, dhcp and VPN systems Review security event log data and investigate anomalies. - Support and maintain file integrity monitoring systems. - Prepare project plans, presentations, and reports on assigned projects and department performance metrics. - Maintain antivirus management system /anti-malware system, monitor for viruses, and validate signatures are up to date enterprise wide. - Monitor IDS, IPS, application firewall and log aggregation alerts. - Assist with guidance on encryption technologies, standards, and usage. - Configure, monitor and maintain software firewall implementations on desktops. - Maintain up-to-date procedures and documentation to support IT security processes. - Monitor vulnerability notices and provide engineering support for security patch distribution. - Monitor performance and activity of information security systems and services, conducting research on future solutions, and making recommendations to Information Security management based on such research Provide on-call 1st level support coverage, on a rotating schedule, after hours and on weekends for Information Security. - Deploy and configure security solutions in accordance with policies and control standards. - Identify potential threats or breaches, and Work with the various technical teams to maintain up to date baselines to ensure the secure configuration of the various technology platforms. - Participate in investigations and incident response activity Document security equipment configurations and procedures. - Perform periodic penetration testing of all applications and network elements for adherence to company security policies. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures. - Other duties as assigned Regards, *Shiva Mittal* Sys Mind LL C 38 Washington Road, Princeton Junction, NJ-08550 Desk :- 609-897-9670 x 2167 || Fax :- 302-269-7171 Email :- [email protected] <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
