Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills & mentoring capabilities:
- Experience gathering and determining requirements, creating Use
Cases, and working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to mentor other team members transitioning to an
Analyst role.
• Understand and document business processes with minimal direction.
• Experience working through majority of Systems Development Life Cycle
phases.
• Understanding of OO Analysis and Design.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Prefer Call center implementation experience from an analyst perspective.
• Prefer telecom experience.
• Prefer Airline industry experience.
• Prefer experience with the Rational Suite (Requisite Pro, Rational Rose,
ClearQuest, ClearCase).
