Sr. Business Analyst - Commissions Process Design






*Required Skills & Experience

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics with technical acumen or BS in
Computer Science degree (or equivalent) with extensive experience in
accounting and finance.



Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience.




Proficiency in data modeling, data mapping, data migration analysis,
process analysis and design.



Excellent skills in business analysis methodologies, techniques, and
deliverables such as JAD sessions, Business Requirement documentation, etc.



Knowledgeable in report query (e.g. SQL) and report design.



Excellence skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel; strong written
and oral communications skills.



Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and
to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.



Strong analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and
ability to communicate with senior and executive management.



Collaborative working style and ability to work with technology and
internal teams.

- Query tool proficiency (e.g., SQL/MDX queries)
