*Tittle: Business Analyst / Solution Architect (*Agriculture or similar industries)** * Location: Shoreview, MN* * Duration: 12+ Months * *Years Of Exp: 10 – 12** * *Job Responsibilities: * As a Techno-functional Solution Architect, provide direction and inputs to the solution development team during presales as well as SDLC processes. This could be in terms of functionality, system integrations, user interface, user experience, best-in-class practices, analytical models, KPIs, algorithms etc. Support the sales process and closely engage with prospective clients before and after the sale. Participate with clients in defining business requirements, mapping processes, reengineering processes, identify gaps for solution design and architecture development Understand clients `As-is process, legacy systems architecture and functionality to come with the solution design and mapping of future system and processes Work with clients cross functional team of Business, IT, Finance functions for business requirements analysis and solution design Review use cases and functional design during SDLC Market and Competitor intelligence for best in class benchmarking on Warranty and Aftermarket services Product/Platform Management and Roadmap Development Provide thought leadership and consulting capability in the area of warranty management in discrete manufacturing industry Establish and position the company with thought leadership materials such as white papers, business articles, newsletters and business cases in Aftermarket space Participation in industry events, public speaking, drive research and white papers/blogs publication *Role Requirements / Qualifications / Prior Experience * 10+ years of overall work experience, out of which 6+ years in IT Solutions/Services industry in Business Analysis area At least 2-3 years as a Business/Solution Architect Should have handled multiple projects with Onsite Discovery / Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Functional Design of large applications Experience in enterprise custom applications for Agriculture or similar industries and knowledge of following domain areas Agriculture, Animal Feed, Fertilizer and Seeds Must have exposure to IT tools and technologies to play a combined role of technical and functional expert Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude.
