1. Job Title: User Experience Designer
Location: Portland, ME
Duration: 6 months contract

Job responsibility:
· Contribute to and help drive the standards definition and
development as part of the working team.
· Position requires someone who can work closely with our
business marketing area to understand their processes and needs and
then translate those requirements into a user interface which is easy
to use.
· It requires some creative design skills and familiarity with
appropriate software for mocking up screens.
· The person should be familiar with the goals and techniques
of usability testing and be able to translate the results into more
effective designs.
· The person should be an advocate for the customer’s point of
view in designing easy to understand and visually engaging
applications.
· Ideal candidates would have hands on knowledge and
experience in user experience development and definition.
· Be a member of a steering/governance group to manage the
standards and associated changes and evolution as they are put into
practice.
2. Position: Senior Java Developer
Location: NY - New York
Duration: 6 Months
"Please submit very strong candidates who have capital market trade
processing experience."
Essential Skills:
· Core Java SQL and stored procedures (MS preferred) Spring
JMS/messaging (MQ, Tibco) XML based processing Java 1.6
Multi-threading Design Patterns
· Very strong analytical skills (will need to independently
figure out requirements details)
Desirable Skills:
· Capital Markets Front Office trade processing experience
· Knowledge of Equity Finance/ Prime Brokerage
· Understand architecture of complex financial systems
Tech Skills in priority order:
· Distributed Cache Technology (Coherence, GemFire, EHCache -etc)
· Java Persistence layers (IBatis preferred alternatives are
Hibernate, JPAetc)
· Dynamic languages (Groovy preferred alternatives are JRuby ?etc)
· Net and Interop with Java
· Java 7
· Rules based processing (Drools etc)
· Java Tuning/Profiling
· Experience with building high volume & distributed systems
· Unix/Linux
3. Position: Performance Test Architect
Location: IL - BLOOMINGTON
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skill:
10 - 12 years of experience in performance testing and 5 years + hands
on performance engineering.
Good experience in Windows system and HP tools (Especially in
Performance Center and Load Runner)
Configure and troubleshoot issues with performance testing tools
especially with performance center.
Good negotiation skill, should able to negotiate on the scope,
approach and timeline with various stakeholders among various
portfolios.
Expertise in Monitoring and Profiling
Coordinate Performance Testing/ engineering activities with various
groups (Development, Infrastructure, Database etc.)
Good communication and presentation skill.
Exposure to Java, .NET, SharePoint, Mainframes and SAP systems
