This tool is used by the business to assist all prospective ESCOs in testing to ensure EDI compliance with NYPSC regulations. ESCOs must successfully complete testing prior to approval for participation in specified Retail Choice program. The tool provides the capability to define ESCO test plans and facilitate the testing of those plans to be conducted between the business and the specified ESCO.
