HNTB is currently seeking a Technology Project Manager, to implement and
manage IT projects and key initiatives, as well as to provide oversight to
the quality of delivery and release management. Previous experience
implementing ERP solutions and/or large Infrastructure projects preferred.
*Responsibilities:*
· Has responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple strategic
projects
· Responsible for the coordination of administrative aspects of the
project to ensure that projects assigned are completed within the schedule
and budget and to the clients satisfaction
· Writes project proposals and specifications, reviews contracts
and develops detailed scope-budget-budget documents
· Researches, structures and develops content and gathers assets
for multimedia productions
· Serves as primary point-of-contact with client and other project
consultants
· Estimates fees, determines work scope and prepares proposals and
contracts
· Coordinates with and involves other members of the project
technical staff
· Manages project budget, schedule and program
· Manages project communications and documentation
· Reviews work of other project team members for accuracy and
completeness
· Coordinates and communicates regularly with department managers
and office leaders on progress of projects
· Serves as project manager in a collaborative environment to
conceptualize, write and produce effective presentations in a number of
medial (web, video, CD-ROM, kiosk)
· Responsible for managing teams of indirect resources to deliver
projects on time and on budget
*Qualifications:*
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or
related field
· 8-12 years of total IT experience
· Minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred
· PMP Certification preferred
· Lean, Six Sigma Certification preferred
