*Position: Project Manager* *Location: Green Bay, WI* *Duration: 6-12 Months* The Enterprise Project Office (EPO) Consultant will work under the guidance of the EPO Manager (and sometimes the EPO Director) to deliver new feature rollout for the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) System, define and document new project management related processes, modify existing ones and work towards the adoption of such processes within the Project Manager community of the client. The consultant will also work with mutiple reports the PPM System is capable of generating (Project financials, schedule, timesheet) and would analyze data integrity, assess adherence to processes (laid down by the EPO) by the PMs and understand the effectiveness of the overall framework. The Consultant is expected to make suggestions to the EPO to accelerate maturity of people and processes from a project management perspective. The Consultant will also act as a backup resource for the PPM Application Administrator and hence is expected to learn the basics of application administration. The client uses Innotas as the PPM system. Prior knowledge of Innotas is not mandatory, but would certainly be an advantage. Familiarity with MS project is expected. Soft Skills: 1. Strong logical reasoning - quick to grasp problems and think through multiple scenarios while proposing solutions 2. Articulate, ability to ask the 'right questions' 3. Ability to work with multiple conflicting priorities 4. Detail orientation, an eye for high quality deliverables Strong Expertise required in the following areas: 1. Ability to 'explore' and 'figure' things out in an otherwise chaotic environment 2. Microsoft Excel - basic computations, creating complex formulae, conditional formatting, pivot tables 3. Strong with numbers - quick validation, computations 4. Understanding how application softwares work, including the administrative aspects of applications Intermediate expertise required in the following areas: 1. Project Planing, Scheduling with MS Project (or similar Project Management Software), MS Word, MS Powerpoint 2. SDLC Processes (majorly Waterfall in a Software Development context) Familiarity with the following areas would be nice to have: 1. PMI project management framework 2. MS Sharepoint 3. MS Windows 7, MS Outlook, IE 9.0+ 4.
