Skills Required :

1. Must have worked on *PeopleSoft* HCM 9.x within the last year
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years technical experience in HRMS/HCM
3. Must have minimum of 5 years development life-cycle experience with
People-Tools 8.4x or higher including: People-Code, SQR, Crystal and
Application Engine (desirable)
4. Must have minimum of two *PeopleSoft* Upgrade Implementation experience;
at least one must be on HCM 9.x
5. Must have HRMS/HCM Functional experience including HR, Payroll and
Benefits (desirable)
6. *PeopleSoft* Production support is desirable
7. e-Benefits and e-Performance module experiences is strongly desirable -
