Contract Duration: 8 months +

Minimum Requirements:

*Requirements:*

   - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
   - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resource and/or
   Payroll industry.
   - Knowledge of Benefit, Payroll, and Human Resource Information Systems;
   preferably Ceridian and/or Ultimate Software
   - Manipulate, convert, and transform customer data to be determined
   formats
   - Ability to test and verify HR/Payroll data in a manner that results in
   an efficient, high quality data conversion result
   - Understanding of pay codes, deductions, and payroll related functions
   - Experience with querying data via SQL, report creation, and stored
   procedures
   - Experience in gathering, organizing and reporting various information
   and data, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy,
   completeness, responsiveness and accountability.
   - Must possess a good technical aptitude.

Consulting or Professional Services experience preferred.

*The Opportunity:*

The client is currently looking for a *Business Analyst/Data Conversion
Specialist* to assist our team in a temporary consulting role. This
position requires an individual who will has extensive technical and
functional knowledge of Human Capital Management/Payroll systems and how
they function. The ideal candidate should be able to act in a consultative
role on best practices, while capturing and documenting workflow/data
conversion requirements.



*Responsibilities:*

   - Initial focus will be to understand the current state of our
   HR/Payroll/Benefit systems
   - Work with our internal team to document current processes and provide
   requested assistance
   - Understand business requirements documents and assist in various
   stages of HCM/Payroll implementation; this includes but may not limited to
   testing and data conversion
   - Proactively review current data processes for efficiency and identify
   process improvements, standard operating procedures, best practices, etc.
   - Supports the HRIS/Payroll team in the creation and generation of ad
   hoc reports for HR and business lines
   - Conducts audits to ensure data integrity of employee data.
   Communicates issues, trends and process changes to the Project Manager.
