I have an opening with City of Charlotte. It is a JR. .Net Developer. Charlotte, NC $45/hr c2c Provides technical solutions to complex business process projects and works with the system architect as a member of a multi-disciplined development team. Works with business and technical teams as a .NET and SOA design technical expert. Writes backend integration applications and public facing services using C#.NET from detailed technical specifications. As a development team member will be responsible for design, coding testing, debugging and documentation. Must demonstrate use of complex analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills with all levels of an organization. Required Software Specific Skills: * MS **ASP.NET* <http://asp.net/>*, SQL, IIS, Google Maps, web application and services developer*. Working knowledge of SQL Server databases and writing technical specifications. Working knowledge of Google Maps and services with emphasis on public transit. Special Job Instructions: Requires Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field and three (3) years direct experience with C#.NET and MSSQL Server. Will have full knowledge of all phases of application system analysis and programming. Develops data source to target mappings. Develops Google Map solutions for providing information on real-time vehicle locations and transit stop times.
