The project will consist of multiple phases to ensure the end result is
both enterprise-sound and stable, including support for go-forward
strategies in mail and messaging as well as growth of functionality of the
course of the lifespan of the solution.



The project scop is as follows:



      Help Architect, Design, and Configure a baseline RedHat 6.4 Mail
Environment including advanced features for DKIM, Spam Management, Security
and Compliance. The Mail Environment configuration will also take into
account and support the retirement and migration of two (2) legacy mail
store servers, Auden and Smith, and include account migration to a new
hardware infrastructure.

      Email integration with Enterprise Directory to ensure strong
connectivity to existing identity solutions and the leveraging of this
infrastructure for continued support.

      Test, Pilot, and Proof of Concept Implementation of the core Mail
Environment on physical and/or virtualized infrastructure in support of
piloting, testing, and validating the end-state architecture prior to
production rollout into the network.

       Review, analysis, and normalization of the new RedHat Email
environment and configuration to ensure full support in production and to
ensure tuning and refinement for enterprise grade operations in a
production environment.

     Fully document the RedHat Email environment implementation and provide
full transition and handover, including training on the new RedHat Email
environment. This will include providing baselines Images for replication
of core Email Baseline Servers and a Multi-cast push Server on PXE to stand
up new images on the fly in support of Image Baselines on RHEL go forward.
The chosen consultant will also provide training on the new RedHat Email
environment to IT Teams as part of the transition for intellectual capital
exchange.
