*Job Title: IT Sales Manager*


The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing a 5-10 person team of
internet/email/ phone (“cold-calling”) sales professionals to generate
sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals selling the
Amzur Technologies IT Services, to the small and mid-sized companies. The
Inside Sales Manager is responsible to ensure his/her team is effectively
generating and selling Amzur’s IT services in their assigned accounts. The
Inside Sales Manager is also responsible for driving the professional
development of the sales staff, including mentorship, training, and
performance evaluation. The position requires the ability drive the
pipeline and sales growth, and work with the marketing, recruiting and SEO
team to ensure we maintain a solid lead flow.  This position is based in
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and will require the candidate to be in the
office on all weekdays.



*Primary Duties / Responsibilities*

   - Monitors sales rep productivity in support of their account development
   - Establishes a sales methodology and key metrics
   - Leads the Inside Sales team in following sales methodology, tracks and
   reports the key performance metrics and uses JobDiva or equivalent tool as
   a system of record.
   - Provides ongoing mentorship to sales reps to teach appropriate
   prospecting techniques for securing new clients
   - Conducts periodic reviews of business including sales call activity,
   lead follow up, account reviews, prospecting and performance for each
   individual sales rep; personnel issues; competitive losses/wins; and
   personal/professional developmental opportunities.
   - Assesses skill sets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team
   members in order to meet objectives, reinforce sales methodology and
   provide guidance on career path direction. Implement personal development
   plans for individual team members.
   - Acts as a point of escalation for customers and channel partners and
   assists inside sales strategies.
   - Provides direction and expertise to the team members and participate
   in cross-selling initiatives
   - Manages an appropriate pipeline and reports on a weekly basis
   - Ability to assess customer information, identify and address problem
   areas, formulate relevant solutions, and present the solution effectively.



*Desired Skills and Experience*

   - Managed an inside sales team selling a technology service or data
   solution
   - Experience in inside sales of a technical business solutions in the
   SME/SMB industry
   - Understanding of business drivers SMB/SME companies.
   - Strong process orientation and substantive sales methodology
   - Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced
   organizational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building
   skills.
   - Superior level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge
   - Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent
   presentation skills
   - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and opportunity management
   systems, preferably Salesforce.com, Zoho CRM or JobDiva.
