*Must Have*
Experience in leading a team of onshore and offshore DataStage
developers.
Familiarity and development experience with the QualityStage
modules of Name, Address, and Match standardization.
Worked with the address and name standardized stages.
Has worked with the match passes.
Experience with WebSphere Information Services Director (WISD).
*Nice to Have*
Experience managing QualityStage teams made up of offshore and
onshore resources.
Experience with making changes to the WebSphere Information
Services Director (WISD).
Experience with an integration with IBM WebSphere MDM 9.1.
Experience with an integration with the IBM AVI or USAC products
or another AVI integration.
Experience with the Multi-National stage.
*Technical:*
DataStage 8.1 or higher
QualityStage 8.1 or higher
Unix
Oracle 10g or greater experience
