Wave 1: Implementation to 8000-9000 corporate users that are migrating from Plateau to Cornerstone. Multiple locations. Wave 2: Will implement I-Learn to factory workers. They currently do not have a LMS. Goal Date for this implementation is in mid-2015. Skills/Competencies Required (What Authoring Tools are required (versions) • Must have experience managing large projects (Over 8000 users) • Must have experience managing projects in multiple locations • Significant project management experience (does not need to be PMP – but does need to have significant PM experience. • Must have experience working on LMS – prefer experience with Plateau and Cornerstone • Experience and examples of Communication plans • Need to be detailed and in-depth at documentation • Must know how to escalate action items when it is needed AND how do you get it back on track • Must have previous experience with On-Time and On-Budget (discuss these projects) • Previous experience creating Gantt Charts • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Need to address communication to appropriate audience (Be able to present to every stakeholder – from top executives to HR.) -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
