Provide hotline coverage and off hour production support, including weekends. *Skills Required:* · Experience with DB2, version 9 or higher in a production support role · Experience supporting large(multi terabyte) database and mission critical, high throughput applications in a data sharing tiered architecture. · Working experience with Database logical and physical design concepts and techniques. Working experience with Database utilities and OEM database maintenance utilities suite. · Working experience on DB2 security and administering database entitlements is required. Proficiency in the use of DB2 Object migration, management and monitoring tools · Knowledge of REXX and DB2Connect.Working knowledge of DB2 C, Cobol, SQL and native stored procedures. Effective utilization and monitoring of DB2 storage and experience in capacity planning. · Working knowledge of MS Office suite for management reporting purposes is desirable.
