 Must have an excellent understanding and working knowledge of Treasury and
Liquidity reporting.

Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, including ability to
think beyond what the users initially put forward as requirements and
factor in the appropriate level of functional and technical future proofing

Good understanding of best practice business processes and controls and
application of those principles to the end solution

Understand how to complete the project such that the solution is fully
adopted and integrated within the business operating model and considered
early enough in the project.

*Excellent organizational skills *

Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with
senior management and various other stakeholders, both verbally and in
written form. Must be forthright and capable of challenging where proposed
solutions, approach etc are not appropriate.

Production of high quality auditable artefacts and signoffs that adhere to
the agreed project lifecycle standards

Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks in a timely
manner on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed
technical overview of key data flows.

Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team

Self-motivation and initiation traits

Good team player, able to balance the needs of stakeholders and IT, and
able to manage internal IT conflicts and demands as needed.

Emotionally intelligent

Work with key senior stakeholders and architects to scope shape of
initiatives, define process change, document low level functional design
and own the stakeholder relationship to deliver these artifacts.

Understand and document the business case and benefit and ensure that the
design being delivered is fit for purpose and capable of delivering against
stated benefits.

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams

Contribute to the business case, requirements and scope aspects of the PID.

Responsible for production of BRD (where this is not done by the business)
and functional specifications

Responsible for producing traceability matrix covering BRD and FS and
ensuring this is added to by developers and testers

Provide input into the production of technical design, ensuring technical
specifications deliver the required functionality.

Providing support to test team, by reviewing test cases, test results,
defects etc and ensuring output of functional testing meets entry criteria
for UAT

Responsible for working with business on cutover planning, training, post
implementation reviews etc to ensure the solution is fully adopted and
embedded within the ‘to be’ business operating model.

Attend key governance routines and provide design and technical input into
key project meetings

Translate business strategy/request into executable and understandable
artifacts for developers. Specifically the creation & maintenance of
detailed functional specifications covering all deliverables (process,
people, IT, control).

Work with development team leads to help them understand requirements fully
and review development and project plans to ensure sufficient level of
detail is in place to ensure delivery.

Enter system configurations if the solutionrequires this

Interface with all required areas within the firm: Technology, Treasury and
other group functions.

Ensure compliance with PMO, Programme and Project standards as needed (i.e.
agreed Project Lifecycle steps).
