Thorough understanding of the principles of the ASQ CQE Body of Knowledge. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a positive and proactive way. Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve technical problems, work effectively in cross-functional teams, and lead projects. Proficiency in the use of statistical methods and Minitab statistical software. Experience in lean manufacturing, kaizen and six sigma methodologies. Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Project. Ability to perform and lead in a team oriented environment. Highly motivated and committed to success. Required: Experience with SAP Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline, preferably from an ABET-Accredited college or university.
