Ability to establish a performance test strategy and approach Ability to develop performance test plans, scripts and supporting data needs Ability to execute, monitor and analyze performance test results and bring forth performance recommendations Ability to coordinate performance test execution across multiple applications Ability to coordinate performance test execution with corporate / enterprise teams Extensive knowledge of Load Runner and Quick Test Pro scripting capabilities Ability to communicate performance test environment needs to enterprise infrastructure teams Ability to document results and translate them into presentation materials / status dashboards for business use and understanding.
