SN Required Information Details 1 Required Technical Skill Set Oracle Applications DBA 3 Desired Experience Range 5-8 Years 4 Location of Requirement Cleveland, OH 5 Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have · Excellent Understanding of Oracle database and Oracle Applications 11i and R12 concepts, architecture, related utilities and tools. · Experience in Installation and upgrading of Oracle Applications. · Experience in Oracle database backup and recovery tasks. · Day-to-Day Oracle database and Oracle Applications Administration. · Maintaining and Patching Oracle databases and Oracle Applications. · Performance Diagnostics and Tuning for Oracle databases and Oracle Applications. · Administration of responsibility assignments. · Cloning of Oracle Applications instances. · Oracle Apps Printer administration/setup. · Maintenance of report request groups. · Manage and maintain the Concurrent manager queues. · Analyze and apply application patches. · Administer, manage, and maintain the Oracle Workflow processes. · Maintaining strong database and applications level security. · Troubleshooting Oracle errors. · Strong Knowledge of RMAN and OEM Grid control. · Sound Knowledge of Linux and UNIX Operating Systems. · Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle. · Able to work independently with minimum supervision. · Good documentation, presentation and communication skills.
