*1. Accounts Execuitve:* Ideal candidate has to work on Quick Books Software . Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Reconciliations Handling all the accounts independently. Maintaining of total Accounts Compile monthly reports Maintain returned check account Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules Prepare quarterly profit and loss Statement. Record monthly Expense report. Preparation of Finalization of Accounts Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes Processing of consultants expenses, office related expenses and other expenses Raising invoices . Experience in Payments follow-up Maintaining the periodical report for Holds, Balances etc., Attending the salary related queries of Payroll. Responsible for keeping track of Sub-Contractors *2. Hr Immigration Execitive:* Manage and implement immigration related employment laws and procedures. Coordinate and help company Immigration attorney to file new H1's/ transfers/extensions and Green Card filings. Ensure compliance with H1 Visas and renewals.
