*Description * The Senior Android App Developer is a key technical and customer facing role. This person works the delivery Manager (Project Manager), Technical Architect, UX Designers and directly with the customers to understand requirements and provide advice on technical solutions. Technical design and architecture work is necessary. They will also be responsible for conveying larger scale requirements to the remote development teams, other onsite teams and to help answer technical and requirements related questions. *Essential Job Requirements * ● Work Location: San Francisco, CA for at least 4 days per week. ● Excellent communication, customer relationship and presentation skills working directly with customers. ● 3 years hands on experience developing native Android applications. ● Very strong Android and Java programming skills and the ability to pass extensive technical evaluation involving a programming test and interviews requiring 1 to 3 hours in total. ● At least 1 native Android app published in a public Android app store. More is better. Must provide URLs to all apps in the app store*.* *Required Skills: * ● 3 years or more of development experience developing native Android mobile apps. ● Android native mobile app dev skills: ○ Android OS 2.3 through to 4.4 or current OS version. ○ Android SDK Tools: Eclipse, ADT plugin, Android Studio, etc. ○ Extensive expertise in Java technologies ○ Proven and demonstrable native Android app dev experience. ○ Knowledge of web services, REST APIs ○ Publishing apps to the Google Play Store, certificates, provisioning profiles, etc. ○ Understanding of user interaction concept differences and fragmentation issues between various Android OS versions and devices. ● Strong programming background ● Strong Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skills ● Ability to write and/or assess high quality code ● Strong sense of system architecture as it relates to mobile apps. ● Knowledge of basic administration of two out of three operating systems: Mac OS X/Linux/Windows. ● Excellent communication, customer and presentation skills ● Comfortable working with globally distributed teams ● Exceptional problem solving skills and intellectual curiosity ● Passion for innovation and creative problem solving ● BA or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. *Preferred/Optional Skills:* ● Experience using Agile software development methodologies and the Scrum framework. ● Experience in eCommerce ● Version control systems such as SVN or GitHub ● Abilities to lead and mentor relatively junior engineers and developers onsite and offshore. ● Experience with relational databases ● Knowledge of high-performance web or enterprise applications, parallel processing or cloud computing ● Able to supervise work of others and delegate tasks -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
