Experience:
Minimum: 1 to 2 years of financial applications administration
experience in the following disciplines:
* Knowledge and understanding of The Complete Credit Union
System (TCCUS) or The Completed Banking Solution System (TCBS) by Open
Solutions, Inc. (OSI). Highly desirable.
* 1 + year of experience in supporting Core system, preferably
Open Solutions, Inc (OSI) or 1+ year experience in a Business Analyst role.
Desired.
* Deep working Knowledge of sql functions, functional knowledge
of databases. Desired.
* 1+ years of in Project Management. Desired
* Responsible for supporting business unit experts in their
testing and implementation of new OSI-related system functions.
* Responsible for coordinating OSI-related training throughout
credit union.
* Responsible for maintaining relationships with other OSI
installation sites to ensure that OTS Credit Union is aware of OSI-related
issues identified by other sites, as well as to research possible
resolutions to OTS Credit Union issues.
* Ability to work directly with the vendor to identify, monitor
and resolve issues and to function effectively in confrontational
environments, representing the credit union's best interests
* Ability to understand inter-relationships between systems,
assess cross-system issues and identify the root cause of specific problems.
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in
writing, with technical resources within the Member Credit Unions and OTS
and with all levels of users in the credit union. Required.
Skills:
Ability to take support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
Work toward solutions to these tickets and communicate with customers and
vendors to achieve this goal. Strong verbal and written communication is a
must. Ability to help in determining and documenting proper testing and
deployment procedures. Communication to internal departments and ability
to work well with others
