Collaborate with process partner organizations to have an in-depth understanding of their requirements. . Assist with roadmap for adding new source systems. . Actively participate in support pack installations and upgrades of the HANA platform. . Understanding Business requirements & convert them into Blueprint . Define the Design Documents template for the HANA Models . Translating Functional Specifications into Technical Specifications . Translate the Business KPIs into HANA & Define the Reporting Layouts . Translate the Business KPIs for Dashboards & Define the dashboard Layouts . Design & Creation of HANA Attributes views . Design & Creation of HANA Analytic views . Design & Creation of HANA Calculation views . Validating Information Models . Comparing Object Versions . Managing Modeling Content . Configuring Metadata Import . Configuring the Information Modeler . Creating Schemas, Manage Schema Mapping . Creating Packages, Define packages strategy . Design the Information Models for HANA . Define and implement security and Analytics Privileges *Skills:* . 8+ years of experience in above mentioned SAP skills is required. . At least 2 HANA projects with at least one Full life cycle HANA implementation with extensive HANA modeling. . SAP HANA Certification is strongly desired. . Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. . Ability to teach team members to supplement their training. . Ability to think outside the box. Ability to work with minimal management input. . Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to build a cohesive team from diverse members. . Expert knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and SAP HANA Live, SLT data replication and BOBJ: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. . Expert ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue. Expert knowledge of SAP HANA Live, SLT and BOBJ Suite including: . In-depth knowledge of HANA performance monitoring tools and tuning HANA environments . Ability to define the type of data storage offerings (in memory and disk) supported by the HANA and design solutions to meet requirements . Expert knowledge and deployment experience of the operational aspects of the HANA technology including but not limited to: -Ability to architect and model complex data models in HANA that assimilate data from multiple sources system (SAP and non-SAP) to effectively and efficiently solve business requirements -Ability to develop reports utilizing data stored in HANA using BOBJ 4.x -Ability to rapidly define requirements and build out proof of concepts prototype solutions utilizing the HANA and BOBJ tools -Ability to define integration strategies to populate data into solution utilizing HANA from multiple legacy systems (SAP and non-SAP ) as well as possessing the ability to recommend the appropriate tool to support this integration. -Ability to size, Install, configure and test SAP SLT's product -SAP LT Replication Server (SLT) for real-time (and non-real time) data replication from SAP ERP or non-SAP systems -Back-up and recovery -Disaster recovery options . Expert knowledge on SAP Business Objects 4.x features and integration options for the whole product suite. -Web Intelligence -Crystal Reports -Dashboards -Explorer -Information Design Tool (IDT) .
