*Description of Work:* · Work with Lotus Notes Development staff to understand and document current functionality provided by the Lotus Notes Applications
· Work with subject matter experts to elicit & validate current business functionality that is provided by the Lotus Notes Application · Identify and document currently used vs obsolete functionality · Document the currently used business functionality with field diagrams and workflow process diagrams · Obtain business signoff on the requirements documentation · Collaborate with SharePoint staff and application subject matter expert to ensure a smooth hand-off of business functionality requirements · Ensure there are timely issue escalations and decision making · Work with subject matter experts to create test plans, test acceptance criteria · Facilitate implementation meetings with business line customers · Ensure that testing is complete, in coordination with the quality analyst and solution developer · Get user acceptance testing sign offs from customers · Work with training resource to facilitate training documentation when appropriate · May collect training sign offs from customers · May coach and mentor team members *Skills Required* · Recent experience (within the last 4 years) and basic understanding of Lotus Notes from an end user perspective · Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook 2010 and SharePoint 2010 or 2013 · Knowledge and experience to elicit & validate requirements, diagramming workflows, assembling test plans and test scenarios · Ability to communicate with various levels of line staff and management · Ability to work with tight timetables · Ability to multi-task and manage multiple schedules -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
