Performs analysis/recommends solutions while coordinating activities on multiple initiatives. Elements of Performance 1. Performs requirements analysis, identifies potential solutions, and works with various teams to support and implement identified initiatives. 2. Develops requirements documents Works to understand the business requirements to offer options that will meet the organization's needs. 3. Develop Business Cases, Requests for Proposals, Business Requirements and other related documentation 4. Works with business owners to develop test cases, manages the testing process for various initiatives. Develops Test and Acceptance Plans 5. Works on the development of Strategic Technology Assessments 6. Performs various types of Total Cost of Ownership analysis including ROI and CBA. 7. Develops schedules to meet established deadlines. *Performance Standards **Must* be able to effectively: 1. Direct or explain the appropriate/needed business and technical information to management 2. Present both formal and informal training as needed 3. Interface with vendor personnel 4. Manage time and resources allocated on the assigned initiatives by providing direction and supervision when needed. 5. Provides weekly status reports in a timely fashion 6. Conducts meetings as needed 7. Makes thorough presentations when requested 8. Thoroughly researches literature on new or proposed work as related to the initiative 9. Provides explanatory charts and graphs as requested 10.
