*Requirement.* - Consults on multiple projects/programs as a subject matter expert of existing technology. - Consults on and helps drive new technology direction. - Consults on cross-divisional technology solutions. - Consults on highly complex tasks, projects/programs or support issues that involve a high degree of risk/impact to the business unit performance and makes use of the individual’s high level of knowledge within one or more areas of specialty. - Typically does not provide administrative or management type support. *Top Three Skills/Experience(Please include # of years desired)* - Tivoli Directory Integrator 3-5 yrs - IBM Security Identity Manager 3-5 yrs - Java Development (including web services) 5-6 yrs *Required Skills/Experience* Resource is required to have experience designing, documenting, developing, deploying, using and maintaining custom TDI and ISIM workflows, reports, and scheduled or ad-hoc batch jobs. Web Service and Java Development experience are a must. Hands-on development work is required for this position. *Preferred Skills/Experience* Resources will be preferred for having experience with the following in addition to required experience: EAI, ISIM system administration, ISAM, TDS, DB2, RAPM, or Cognos Reporting. *Educational Requirements* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or related field required.
