Responsible for aligning application with architectures defined within the
division and across the enterprise. Drive best practices to meet the
growing needs of the application. Conducts System Analysis and design,
program specifications based off requirements. Leads developers in the
creation/review of new or enhanced software. Communicates with systems and
partners at all levels about new processes and recommendations. This is a
perfect role for an experienced technical lead looking for new challenges.



Expertise of Java, Weblogic application servers, Oracle database and
PL/SQL, UNIX scripting languages, java scripting and Struts. Experience in
portal technologies, Spring framework, web services and SOA. Expertise in
full software development lifecycle. UML, Database modeling techniques.
Analytical and problem solving skills.



Ability to work in a team environment, take ownership of assigned projects
and work independently. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work
within time lines to meet project expectations. Strong client management,
interpersonal and decision making skills and competencies, attention to
detail and the ability to be proactive, prudent and confident in time
critical pressure situations are a must.
