The store digital team develops mobile apps (iOS / Javascript hybrid apps) for deployment in stores, which communicate with back-end systems for various functions. This role will be responsible front-end development in Javascript, and some iOS development. Requirements: · Extensive experience with technical design, hands-on development, unit testing and delivery to production of solutions using javascript. · Strongly prefer experience developing hybrid iOS / PhoneGap apps. · Excellent written and spoken communications · Excellent documentation skills · Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, with a mix of local and remote resources · Bias for getting things done, overcoming obstacles, taking ownership of difficult problems, critical but constructive discussion, keeping a positive attitude 2. REQUIREMENT DETAILS: Position - Java Lead Rate – 60/hr on c2c Location – Stamford, CT Duration – 3+ Months This is a Java lead role suitable for a generalizing specialist with primary skills in Java, Oracle, unit testing driven development and agile software development. They must also have a wide range of secondary skills, including a sound understanding of financial products, accounting basics and regulatory reporting. Role needs hands-on engineer and as a team lead. Programming Expert level software engineer with experience in Core Java ( Basic Java concepts, Collection framework, Multithreading) MUST have good hands on and in depth knowledge. DB : Oracle SQL/PLSQL coding.
