*Sr. Developer (Data Stage, Siebel)*

*Targeted Skills & Competencies*

This position is for an ETL developer with expertise in the IBM Data stage
8.x toolset and knowledge in Siebel EIM, UNIX scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL.
The ideal candidate should have very good knowledge of ETL concepts, design
and coding.
Proven experience in developing functional applications and systems of
medium to high technical complexity is required.


*Expected Responsibilities*

   - Design data integration/ETL jobs using IBM Data Stage and its
   foundation tools
   - Maintain, enhance, and optimize Data Stage jobs
   - Design and implement Siebel EIM jobs.
   - Analyze, Design, Optimize and implement PL/SQL stored procedures.
   - Independently research, escalate, and resolve support issues
   - Understands how to optimize joint development efforts through
   appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software
   architecture.
   - Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture.

*Expected Capabilities*:

   - Technical design requirements defined from functional requirements
   according to best practices and requirements.
   - Ability to understand, modify, develop and support ETL jobs, Technical
   design requirements defined from functional requirements for Data stage per
   best practices and requirements.
   - Development and testing of ETL jobs per technical design
   specifications.
   - Good understanding of Siebel Data model and EIM process.
   - Continuously expand knowledge in area of specialization.
