*FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE A MUST *

   - *This role will be working on bringing in data from multiple lines of
   business, hence the following requirement which is really important, he
   truly needs them to have experience with and be a SME on at least one of
   these business lines.  *Act as SME, tester, and cross functional BSA
   support communicating across all levels of Capital One IT, Treasury,
   Commercial, Financial Services, Retail, and Vendor relationships
   - *Strong Interpersonal Communication skills required*
   - *Lead BSA experience would be great as they:*...could be called on for
   managing small to medium size projects that span across various businesses
   and IT groups. On these projects, the contractor will be required to
   capture project requirements, establish high level systems and technical
   designs, work with a matrixes team of analyst and testers to make code
   changes and establish test plans. This position requires the contractor to
   communicate with business users as well as technical developers on the
   team.
   - *HUGE PLUS: Experience with Oracle Software Security Assurance (OSSA)*

Other Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of business requirements to develop system requirements
and functional design that meet or exceed business needs
- Creation and definition of system scope and objectives based on business
requirements and a thorough understanding of business processes around LCR
and Liquidity Management
- Act as SME, tester, and cross functional BSA support communicating across
all levels of Capital One IT, Treasury, Commercial, Financial Services,
Retail, and Vendor relationships
- Work closely with LOBs to define business logics and data mapping
- Work closely with technical developers to define interface, analytic
models, and reporting needs
- Work closely with users and external vendors to troubleshoot issues that
arise during implementation process
- Work with internal and external auditors on Sarbanes Oxley and other
related controls
- Work with project team and third party vendors to implement internal and
external interfaces

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 2 years of technical Financial Services experience
• 2 years experience with business systems analysis, design, and management

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience working with an enterprise portfolio management,
treasury systems, and/or derivative trading & risk management systems
- Experience using HP Quality Center for requirements traceability
- 5 Years experience in IT projects
- 5 Years experience with business systems analysis and design.
- BSA level skills demonstrated with proven experience leading requirements
gathering, data/systems analysis, and collaborating with development
resources in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of liquidity management and product knowledge of Commercial,
Retail, Financial Services, and Credit Card
- Experience working with a leading liquidity management system is a big
plus
- Ability to partner with business to drive solutions that create value for
business
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Results oriented
- Adaptable self-learner
