*Position will focus on identifying and documenting the current state for FEP Data Analytics and will focus on key analytic domain areas of Membership (initial focus), Claims, Clinical and Provider. Position is data centric and candidates must have prior experience in working with data warehouses/data marts, from sourcing through data ingration to end business user consumption. Ideal candidates will be familiar with or have prior experience working with WLP enterprise analytic assets i.e. EDWard. Other Required Skills: Analytical Skills - ability to visualize issues through the lense of systems; identify, analyze, and solve problems in a resourceful and optimal manner. Technical Skills - ability to understand how different types of systems, networks, databases work together. Software Skills – proficiency with workflow diagram software (Visio), Word, and Excel for documentation purposes. Management Skills – must be deadline driven and have demonstrated ability to manage to a work plan.
