*Role & Responsibilities:* · Design, develop, and maintain the application architecture for specific business functional areas in compliance with the enterprise architecture on Service Now platform.
· Identify weaknesses with existing architecture(s) and suggest best practices for architecture & implementation · Provide oversight on the architecture and design of an application within an IT Service Management framework. · Participate in assignments concerning development of target conceptual and logical architectures for applications. · Participate in project and design reviews to evaluate and ensure that the design being applied meets policies, principles, and standards. · Review and align product choices to avoid redundant effort and ensure that enterprise architecture standards are met. *Required Skills & Experience:* · 6-8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3-4+ years in ServiceNow implementations · Must have experience in architecting, developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform for medium to large enterprises · Deep knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL and the ability to diagnose and resolve technology issues in ITSM applications. · Ability to design and implement CMDB. · Strong performance optimization skills. · Strong Glide and Java scripting skills. · Proven track record of mentoring software developers · Multi-tasking skills · Self-learner and self-motivated · Excellent Communication & Client Management skills · Excellent language skills – both oral and written Thanks&Regards, Ram, [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
