o The problem I have with almost everyone you submitted is when I
ask a question they give a long answer, going around the topic, and not
giving concrete short answers. Even when I explicitly ask to explain
something in 1 or 2 sentences, I get a 2 minute explanation. We're running
an agile shop at Intralinks. There is no place for a developer on a team if
they cannot formulate the answer or ask the question in a precise manner.
• Very strong Core Java
o They all say they are an 8 out of 10, but I have yet to see
someone who is a 6
*• Strong Spring and Spring MVC • Strong JSP + JQuery + CSS •
Strong Hibernate + SQL*
