Ecommerce business analyst
Support current ecommerce platforms and analyze new and innovative
technologies
Partner with key stakeholders to analyze E-Commerce business gaps and
opportunities, work to capture user requirements, and break down work into
workable units.
Maintain ecommerce release schedule and work with team leads to prioritize
feature.
Work with team members and technology firms to develop requirements
according to business value, and support release schedule and planning
meetings.
Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate changes
and decisions to the ecommerce team.
Creation of use cases and lead business and user testing
Critical Skills/Experiences/Attributes: Business Analyst
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of ecommerce technologies.
Ability to collaborate and define business requirements and work with 3rd
parties to identify options and solution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to
communicate complex and technical concepts tailored to appropriate level
based on audience.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in
a challenging fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Balances team
and individual responsibilities and contributes to building a positive team
spirit.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and
assignments concurrently and deliver on commitments.

Education, experience or other requirements:
BS/BA with academic focus in Computer Science or similar
Working knowledge of ecommerce technologies and concepts
Familiar software development lifecycle using Waterfall and Agile
methodologies
Microsoft Office including Project, Visio, and SharePoint
