Responsibilities : • The SFDC Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for writing detailed business requirements or Functional Design document for the SFDC application in support of worldwide cross functional teams: Customer Advocacy, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations. • They will also be responsible for the Quality assurance testing of the new enhancements and supporting L1 system administration support.
