*Job Title: Data Architect III (Big Data Architect/Developer)*

*Core Responsibilities:*

   - Works with members of cross-functional teams, third party vendors and
   Company’s Product Engineers and Operations teams to deliver quality
   products, in a timely fashion, that meete defined requirements
   - Lead architecture, design and development efforts for Big Data
   solutions related to Comcast’s Internet Security, Anti-Piracy, and
   High-Speed data projects
   - Work with engineers and operational teams to interpret large amounts
   of data and provide direction for data analysis
   - Develop strategies for data warehouse implementation, data
   acquisition, transformation and archive recovery
   - Provide assessments of various Big Data technologies
   - Anticipates and interprets project needs, assesses requirements and
   identifies solutions
   - Support development of KPIs for various high-speed data product lines
   - Provides guidance for the performance and reliability of various Big
   Data related applications and services
   - Interprets internal/external business issues and recommends complete
   solutions based on best practices and proven technologies
   - Solves complex problems. Takes a broad perspective to identify
   innovative solutions.
   - Experience performing daily day defect triage and reviewing defects
   with multiple teams and managing the defect thru its life cycle
   - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters
   of significance.
   - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
   - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned



*Skill Sets Requirements*

   - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Information Systems or Computer
   Science
   - Generally requires 8+ years related experience
   - 5+ years knowledge in Hadoop and Cassandra DB architecture and
   development
   - 5+ years knowledge in data management and or data warehousing
   - General knowledge of the following categories of network systems:
   Multiprocessing, Threading, Distributed systems, Load Balancing and High
   Availability
   - Experienced with developing using Agile and or related iterative SDLCs
   - At least 5 years experience with Linux operating systems such as
   RedHat or Cent OS.
   - Development knowledge in SOAP, XML, JSON/REST API
   - Working knowledge in networking protocols and web protocols such as
   TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, SSH etc
   - Shell Scripting knowledge a plus
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   - Demonstrated ability to work with minimum direction
   - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational
   boundaries and within groups

*Job Title:  Data Warehouse II (Data Analyst) City*:  Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania

*Duration:* 6months plus



*Rate: $55/hr c2c AI *

*Core Responsibilities:*

   - Works with members of cross-functional teams, third party vendors and
   Company’s Product Engineers and Operations teams to deliver quality
   products, in a timely fashion, that meet defined requirements.
   - Analyze large amount of data related to Comcast’s Internet Security,
   Anti-Piracy, and High-Speed data projects
   - Provide data analysis, identify trends, provide conclusions and
   develop KPIs/dashboards for aforementioned projects
   - Perform data design, modeling, sourcing and transformation
   - Demonstrate strong communication skillsets to be able to translate
   complex analysis into reports and or dashboards
   - Review and validate data load processes in data warehouse for accuracy
   - Anticipates and interprets project needs, assess requirements and
   identify solutions
   - Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain
   databases/data systems
   - Interprets internal/external business issues and recommends complete
   solutions based on best practices and proven technologies
   - Solve complex problems and take a broad perspective to identify
   innovative solutions
   - Experience performing daily day defect triage and reviewing defects
   with multiple teams and managing the defect thru its life cycle

   - Experience with working in an Agile or related iterative SDLCs
   environment
   - Experience with Linux operating systems such as RedHat or Cent OS
   - Experience with SOAP, XML, JSON/REST API
   - Working knowledge about networking protocols (TCP/IP), HTTP, SSL, etc
   - Shell Scripting knowledge in Python and Perl a plus
   - Demonstrated ability to work with minimum direction
   - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational
   boundaries and within groups
