Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work with the GE onshore team in US to understand their business
challenges and formulate business problems
· Work with the TCS team in India to solve these business problems
by translating them to an analytics problem solving framework
· Present results to GE onshore team through insightful
recommendations
· Ensure service delivered is consumed and creates tangible business
impact
· Build client relationships, adopt an engagement model with clear
cadence on communication within the client organization
Skills and competencies:
· Prior Risk Portfolio manager or involved in Risk portfolio
management
· Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems
accurately while paying attention to details in the solution
· Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL, SAS, BO
· Ability to develop relationships with clients and offshore teams
built on trust and credibility
· Strong interpersonal and team management skills
· Exceptional written and oral communications skills
Education Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Economics,
Experience: 4 – 6 years in data validation
