Data Center Migration Analysts to manage the details of a large data center migration project in Cleveland, Ohio **
*OVERVIEW: * - The ideal candidate will likely have been an Technical Business Analyst or Data Analyst. - Must have data migration experience. - This is NOT a database, SQL or development position but will use ad hoc SQL queries, create Access Macros, etc. - Will be a part of a very agile, interactive environment. - Must be highly analytical and technical. - Will have to assemble and organize data from disparate sources to help create reports. - Must have comfort level with importing/exporting & organizing data using different systems. - Will be responsible for normalizing and/or cleansing data. *ON THE JOB * - Data collection of all client assets in the data center. - Analysis and documentation of all data center assets. - Tools used will be client specific but you must demonstrate the ability to learn new software tools to conduct analysis and data collection activities. - Pro-actively develop a deep understanding of the data and develop ad hoc reports to visualize and analyze the data to support analysis and planning activities. - Quickly raise gaps and issues to project leaderships attention. - Responsible for participating in discovery meetings. - Provide ongoing clarifications to counterparts and team members on status, data and analysis activities. *REQUIRED: * - Experience dealing with large quantities of data from disparate sources, working through normalization of that data, and ensuring consistency and accuracy. - Proficiency with Macros and advanced functions in MS Excel. - Proficiency with MS Access database to build ad hoc quires and reports. - 2 years plus related similar experience supporting enterprise infrastructure projects. - 1 enterprise data center migration project is preferred. - Experience in a professional services environment preferred. - Ability to write well. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong presentation skills. - Ability to communicate both to technical teams as well as to business users and/or management. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
