Job Description: Candidate will have good working technical knowledge of *Oracle eBusiness Suite* *Candidate will have good working knowledge in one or more EBS areas such as CRM, HR, Finance, Purchasing * Candidate will have good knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, OA Framework, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, AME, Forms personalization, and UPK Candidate will have some knowledge of RICEW components (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflow) Candidate will participate in all phases of software development life cycle and Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) Candidate will demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work independently or under general direction only Candidate will have some working technical knowledge in some of these: TeleService, Agent Dashboard, iSupport, Universal Work Queue, Field Service, Email Center, Interaction Center, Installed Base, Knowledge Base, Inventory, and Trading Community Architecture.
