Please find below more details *Location: - **Jersey City, NJ* *__________________________________________________________________________________________________* *Job Description:-* Summary: Prior experience as Test Lead for Credit Risk Reporting or DWH and BI Reporting systems Knowledge of Credit Risk Reporting, Regulatory and Legal Compliance Extensive experience in leading multi-platform testing projects that require a deep understanding of the complex application logic and dependencies. Strategic planning along with tactical leadership and expertise throughout the test life cycle Verifiable track record of success in leading and managing technical test teams with a strong sense of quality ownership. Ability to work in multi-team and multi-location environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization. Manage objectives, priorities, tradeoffs, risk and performance of all reporting staff. Ability to be hands-on based on the situation. Strong Skills with Reporting System such as QlikView or OBIEE Strong Database and SQL knowledge preferably with DB2 and Oracle. Responsibilities: Provide systems integration test leadership including scope, approach, effort estimate for Credit Risk Reporting application with multiple interfaces. Assist test team in the development of all testing-related documentation including o Test Plans o Test Cases/scripts o Test Data o Defect Management Reporting of key testing statistics and trends related to test design & execution highlighting system quality and team status against committed project milestones. Required Skills and Experience: Must have prior Credit Risk Reporting or DWH and BI Reporting applications System Integration Testing experience Strong Skills with Reporting System such as QlikView or OBIEE At least 7 years’ experience with software testing, including but not limited to Creating SIT test plans Designing test cases/scripts Generating test data Executing test cases Report and tract defects to closure Skills with varied systems based on Unix/AIX/Mainframes Strong knowledge of HP Quality Center (QC) Strong SQL knowledge and experience Experience with different testing tools (manual & automated), techniques, methodologies and types of testing (e.g., Functional, System Integration, Regression etc.) Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization. High level knowledge of test automation technology and its application.
