Responsibilities : • Lead and manage a team of about 16 to 20 engineers • Responsible for evaluating the state of the software through a set of tests (functional, stress, scale, security, etc.). • Implement quality assurance practices by defining, measuring, and improving quality through implementation of processes as well as providing feedback on requirements, design, and implementation • Create/modify processes for software application development departments and hold teams accountable by creating systems and metrics. • Lead, coordinate, and communicate the status of the testing effort • Provide certification of product (based on test results) • Serves as an escalation point for issues involving testing • Serves as a resource and communication point for decisions about test schedule changes • Provide formal sign-off on all test deliverables and test events • Reviews test results and defects to assist in identifying impact to overall project plan, project schedule, product quality, and risk mitigation • Provide training and assistance to other testers to ensure they are following testing and defect reporting processes Please send Resumes immediately with Rates and Contact info. *Regards,* *DK ([email protected] <[email protected]>)* *TECKNOWLEDGIE **GROUP, INC.* 10330 N.
