Responsibilities • Analyze requirements/specs for testable conditions/context • Develop test artifacts – test plans, cases, traceability matrix, test data • Perform gap analysis of test coverage • Track validation of requirements • Defect entry, management and closure • Troubleshoot test results, determine root cause, resolution • Coordinate/communicate defects to developers • Write issue/problem reports and update database • Communicate with delivery leads on defects, issues and risks Required Skills • Minimum 3 yrs. experience in delivering testing in agile/scrum. • Communication Skills – Able to deliver concise, thorough communication at all appropriate levels. • 9+ years of experience using formal QA / Testing methodology, processes, and standards • Strong analytical and problem solving skill • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be able to work in a fast paced development environment • Strong teamwork ability • Experience using HP Quality Center / ALM or a similar tool Desired Skills • Energy / utilities domain knowledge is a plus *2. Lead one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint. Includes functions in support of business systems management, including efficiencies analysis, change management, software version control, and enhancements management. Include producing test plans, executing and evaluating test cases, and developing automated regression test suites.
