SPECIAL NOTE:

 WHO SHOULD APPLY – KEY SUMMARY SKILLS:
• Very experienced performance test engineer with 5+ years of experience
(preferable 7+ years of experience) using LoadRunner and servicing multiple
technology platforms including estimation, test planning, scripting,
execution and analysis and reporting .
• People who have scripted using TruClient, dotNET, Database, PeopleSoft,
SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Flex, and JavaScript - please do apply!
• Customer facing communication skills and the ability to articulate
performance testing terminology, analysis and results.
• Development experience and multiple technologies stack experience are
preferred.
• If candidate has Only Web Protocol experience -please don’t apply.



QUALIFICATIONS:
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering; Management
Information Systems or equivalent .
• 7+ years of QA Performance Engineering; application development
experience preferable.
• 5+ years’ experience with LoadRunner with recent experience in with
versions 11.5 or 12.0.
• 2+ years of experience on specific protocols: TruClient, Oracle NCA,
WebServices.
• Able to self-lead and self-manage milestones, estimates, issues, risks
and deliverables; including weekly status and communication to Internal
Northern client teams .
• Ability to effectively escalate issues and drive resolution.
• Highly Skilled in Load Generation tools (HP LoadRunner, Jmeter, or
others).
• Experience or advanced knowledge of programming and scripting languages
(HP LoadRunner Vugen, C/C++ and/or Java and/or unix).
• Experienced with Windows, UNIX, XML, Web Services, REST, Java, J2EE,
Perl, ASP.NET and others.
• Ability to quickly analyze, identify and resolve script or data issues
for defined test suites.
• Able to create effective work load models and LoadRunner Scenarios, to
include detail run time settings.
• Current experience with testing enterprise architectures SOA and Web
Services and middleware such as MQ.
• Expert/Very experienced in Application Performance Management (APM) and
monitoring tools: Windows Perfmon, HP Sitescope, Diagnostics, Dynatrace,
Oracle Enterprise Management, CA Intrascope etc.
• Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and driving resolutions
with developers/architects to tune applications .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
communicate at all levels: management, development, business analyst,
architects and peers.
• Strong knowledge or performance test concepts and strategies including
test estimation, planning, scripting, execution, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with delivering solutions in diverse dynamic technological
environment and flexibility to work off-hours for test execution.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office Tools (project, excel, word,
PowerPoint, etc.).
• Skilled in all performance test types (load, endurance, stress, soak,
scalability, etc).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and skills.
