*Rate $40/hr C2C* MUST HAVE: _ 5+ years OS (Windows. Unix, Linux) support OR application development experience with at least 2 years hands on experience with Windows and Unix/Linux. _ 3+ years strong scripting experience in *Python, shell *_ 3+ Relational Database experience. _ 2+ *SQL scripting* experience _ 2+ server admin/support (windows or Unix/Linux) experience _ 1+ *HPOO and HPSA* experience _ 1+ Scripting for one or more Middle Ware products like Websphere, SunOne, Apache, TomCat, JBoss etc _ Strong interpersonal skills in all mediums - phone, in-person, email, IM, working across several levels of the organization, participating group conference calls _ Prioritization, multi-tasking, autonomy, detail-oriented, collaborative _ Microsoft Office skillset (Excel, Word, Access primarily) _ Desire and aptitude for problem solving _ Positive attitude This position provides scripting for Automation of common engineering tasks. This group is an expert in leveraging HPSA and HPOO as well as other automation to gain efficiencies for infrastructure management. We are looking for a high energy individual with deep technical skills and broad creativity around scripting. Dedication to delivery and availability is a must, as is the ability to deliver on multiple work streams simultaneously. This position is ideal for candidates that prefer a highly collaborative environment with lots of ambiguity, working closely with OS Engineers, Automation Developers.
