Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing network-related changes in support of projects. Assist with day to day support and maintenance of the network infrastructure. Assist with problem identification and resolution. Assist with monitoring the network infrastructure to proactively address and avoid issues. Define and maintain network components within the various management tools to ensure accurate and complete visibility and reporting. About You Advanced Level of Routing and Switching expertise and experience. Design and Operational understanding of Spanning Tree and OSPF a plus! Experience with Cisco Systems’ routing and switching platforms. Experience implementing and supporting Wide Area Network Solutions. Experience implementing and supporting multicast, QOS, wireless, and VoIP. 5 or more years of hands-on experience working in a large enterprise with exposure to common processes and procedures around services and support.
